About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and creative SMM Project Manager to oversee social media for our clients and internal initiatives, working closely with one of our senior managers. You will be responsible for strategy development, content creation, performance analysis, and audience engagement to enhance brand awareness and maintain active communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SMM strategies for clients and Good Politics’ internal projects
- Create content calendars for various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write and edit post copy, and collaborate with the design team on visual content
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies for improved results
- Engage with audiences, grow communities, and increase followers
- Work with the PR team to ensure social media content aligns with overall communication strategies
- Stay on top of social media trends and quickly adapt them to client projects
- Set up and optimize targeted advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an SMM manager
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Creative content development skills and experience collaborating with designers
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
