The Good Politics team is growing and we’re on the lookout for a Communications Project Manager to join our Kyiv office.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies: Set goals, plan campaigns, and craft key messages.
- Create and execute monthly content plans.
- Oversee communication channels: Social media, website, and media outlets.
- Liaise with clients and team members, manage work-related chats.
- Monitor the media landscape and adjust communication strategies as needed.
- Draft and edit content, pitch opinion pieces, expert comments, and interviews.
- Organize special media projects.
- Coordinate the team, contractors, and workflows; manage documentation, reporting, and support at all project stages.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting and achieving strategic communication goals.
- Experience in enhancing organizational communication capabilities, managing projects, and streamlining processes.
- Strong proficiency in ChatGPT and other AI tools.
- Systematic approach to managing online documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Experience working with contractors and developing technical briefs.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English for public communications.
- A team player with a positive attitude, committed to maintaining an ethical work environment.
